2. Our Services

SDR Creative Solutions LLC offers the following products and services:

• Digital Products — Downloadable guides, including Your Business Runs 24/7. Your Team Shouldn't Have To ($47).

• AI Strategy Session — A 90-minute, $297 consulting session that identifies revenue leaks, follow-up gaps, and automation opportunities, with a custom roadmap. This is the required entry point before any Done-for-You build, and the $297 investment is credited toward your setup fee if you move forward.

• DIY Business Systems — Step-by-step, self-guided automation packages. Starter, Growth, and Pro tiers available.

• Front Desk System — Done-for-you business automation, including website chatbot, CRM setup, workflow automation, calendar integration, and lead capture. Foundation, Momentum, and Scale tiers available. This service does not include phone or voice features.

• Voice AI Solutions — Done-for-you AI voice receptionist that answers calls 24/7, books appointments, and captures leads. Essential, Professional, and Enterprise tiers available. This service does not include website or automation features outside of call handling.

• Bundled Packages — Combined Front Desk System and Voice AI Solutions packages for businesses that want both automation and phone coverage.

• Live Workshops and Webinars — Periodic educational events, which may include a paid or free registration component.

Front Desk System and Voice AI Solutions are separate service lines. A client receives both only through a bundled package.

3. Purchases and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that your billing information is accurate.

SDR Creative Solutions LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.

4. Refund Policy

Here is how our refund policy works depending on what you purchased:

Digital Products All digital product sales are final. Because the product is delivered immediately upon purchase, no refunds will be issued once access or download has been provided.

AI Strategy Session Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the scheduled session date to be eligible for a refund. Requests made after that window are not eligible, as preparation work will already have been completed on your behalf.

Front Desk System and Voice AI Solutions (Monthly Services) Monthly service fees will continue on their current billing cycle until a written cancellation request is received. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your next scheduled payment to avoid being charged for the following billing period. Fees already charged are non-refundable.

Live Workshops and Events For paid live events, cancellation requests submitted at least 3 days before the event date are eligible for a refund. Requests made after that window are not eligible.

5. Digital Product Access and Use

When you purchase a digital product from SDR Creative Solutions LLC, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use that product for your own business purposes.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share paid digital products with others

• Reproduce or repurpose our content for commercial use without written permission

• Claim ownership of any SDR Creative Solutions LLC intellectual property

6. AI Services — Important Disclaimer

SDR Creative Solutions LLC builds and configures AI-powered tools to support your business operations, including AI voice receptionists and automation workflows. These tools are designed to help you capture leads, handle calls, and automate workflows — but they are support tools, not replacements for your own business judgment.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including call volume, lead conversion rates, or revenue increases. Results will vary based on your industry, business model, and how you implement and use the tools we provide.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI system we configure for your business before it goes live with your customers.

7. Your Responsibilities

When working with SDR Creative Solutions LLC, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business when requested

• Respond to requests for approvals, feedback, or content in a timely manner

• Use our products and services in a lawful manner

• Not use our systems to contact individuals without their consent

• Ensure your own use of AI tools complies with applicable laws and regulations in your industry

8. Website Use

You may use this website to learn about our services, access our tools, and make purchases. You agree not to:

• Attempt to access restricted areas of the website

• Use automated tools to scrape or copy website content without permission

Some of our services involve third-party tools and platforms, including Growth Hub 365 (GoHighLevel), Anthropic, and Cloudflare. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. SDR Creative Solutions LLC is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party platforms.
