SDR Creative Solutions LLC offers the following products and services:
- Digital Products — Downloadable guides and prompt libraries, including Your Business Runs 24/7. Your Team Shouldn't Have To ($27) and the AI Prompt Starter Pack ($97).
- DIY AI Agents — Step-by-step build-it-yourself AI agent packs covering Content, Email, Sales, Research, Customer Support, and Analytics. Multiple tier levels available.
- AI-Powered Websites — Done-for-you website builds with AI tools integrated. Three tier levels available.
- DFY AI Agents — Done-for-you single-role AI agent builds. Three tier levels available.
- DFY Voice AI Receptionist & Call Handling — A fully built AI receptionist that answers calls 24/7, books appointments, and captures leads. Three tier levels available.
- AI Consulting — One-on-one sessions helping small business owners understand and implement AI systems at their own pace.
3. Purchases and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that your billing information is accurate.
SDR Creative Solutions LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.
4. Refund Policy
Here is how our refund policy works depending on what you purchased:
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. Because the product is delivered immediately upon purchase, no refunds will be issued once access or download has been provided.
AI Consulting Sessions
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 days of the scheduled session date to be eligible for a refund. Requests made after that window are not eligible, as preparation work will already have been completed on your behalf.
DFY Monthly Services
Monthly DFY service fees will continue on their current billing cycle until a written cancellation request is received. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your next scheduled payment to avoid being charged for the following billing period. Fees already charged are non-refundable.

5. Digital Product Access and Use
When you purchase a digital product from SDR Creative Solutions LLC, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use that product for your own business purposes.
You may not:

- Claim ownership of any SDR Creative Solutions LLC intellectual property
6. AI Services — Important Disclaimer
SDR Creative Solutions LLC builds and configures AI-powered tools to support your business operations. These tools are designed to help you capture leads, handle calls, and automate workflows — but they are support tools, not replacements for your own business judgment.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including call volume, lead conversion rates, or revenue increases. Results will vary based on your industry, business model, and how you implement and use the tools we provide.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI system we configure for your business before it goes live with your customers.
7. Your Responsibilities
When working with SDR Creative Solutions LLC, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business when requested
- Respond to requests for approvals, feedback, or content in a timely manner
- Use our products and services in a lawful manner
- Not use our systems to contact individuals without their consent
- Ensure your own use of AI tools complies with applicable laws and regulations in your industry
